Jake Gardiner

Jake's background is in photographic art, but this now extends to all lens-based media. Jake views his role as that of a facilitator as much as an educator, strongly encouraging students to follow their passions and explore different techniques within the creative process.

Nyree Clayton

Nyree studied BA (Hons) Design, Media and Management. She has twenty-four years’ experience of teaching Design and Technology, Art and Design, PSHE and Theory of Knowledge. Nyree’s roles have been both academic and pastoral including department head, year group head, assistant head and deputy principal.

Katrina Stamatopoulos

Katrina's research questions the representation of photography, and its meaning as object and collective form. She is interested in consumption, and making connections between food and images. Katrina has co-founded the project space Equivalentbehaviour in North London, exhibited internationally and is a Project Manager of the London Alternative Photography Collective.

Ephra is a visiting lecturer for our Photography BA course, and research-based artist and writer. They specialise in photographic processes that examine human relationships, particularly in relation to the natural world

Tianna is a professional photographer who runs her own studio in the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham. She specialises in timeless, simple portraiture that captures the individual personality of her subjects.
