Biography

Maxwell kickstarted his career at HCA and has since worked both nationally and internationally.

Maxwell Anderson is a skilled artist blacksmith who discovered his passion for forging and metalwork while studying for a BA (Hons) in Artist Blacksmithing at Hereford College of Arts. With over a decade of experience working both nationally and internationally, Maxwell honed his craft at the renowned Mystic Forge ironworks in Calgary, Canada, under the mentorship of master smith Mark Pearce. Now based in Hereford, he has established his own creative practice, producing a diverse range of items from furniture and sculptures to commissioned architectural ironwork.
