Nancy Nicklin

Nancy studied BA(Hons) Design: Surface Pattern at Staffordshire University. On leaving , she worked as a buyer for John Lewis in London specialising in bed linen. Nancy retrained in 2007 and completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Education, before travelling to New Zealand to teach Textiles at Massey University. 

In 2012 she returned to Hereford College of Arts as a Textiles Technical Demonstrator.  

Nancy splits her time between teaching at HCA and her own successful printing company. She uses her knowledge of printing and her buying background to sell children’s printed items and printing kits. 

Nancy teaches on the Art, Design and Communication course as a specialist Technical Demonstrator in Textiles.
