We require a motivated person to join our reception team and provide information to members of the public, staff and students. This is an ideal post for someone looking to gain experience and develop a career in front of house customer service and office administration.

As a first point of contact for the College you will need to be able to deal with a wide range of people in a professional manner. Other duties will include administrative support, online research and data entry.

You should have a good standard of education together with GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths.  You will need to have excellent communication skills and a strong customer/student focus. A confident and pleasant telephone manner, along with good administration and computer skills to include Word and Excel are essential.
